Daily Update--Jan.18/11

ELA--Students should be working on their essays. The jot notes should already be completed, and the work should now be on the introductory paragraph and body paragraph one and two. I would like to begin editting with students on Thursday. Continue working on the second book project.

Math--Students should be working on the assignment from the textbook page 202--#5, 6 a and b, 7, and in problem format #8,9,11, and 15 for Thursday.

SS--We wrote the open book test today so I did not collect the 3-point approach sheet. I will do so on Thursday.

Health--Students are working with a partner on the Skeletal System jigsaw puzzle, and they are composing their own lyrics for a song to be presented to the class. A due date has not been set yet.

Please remember that students should be at school tomorrow by 7:15 as the buses will be leaving at 7:30 for the Brandon Ag. Days. Bring a lunch, some money (if you like), and a book to read on the bus. We should be home by 6:00.
