Daily Update--Sept.16/11

We have successfully completed a full week of school!

ELA--Students need to have the vocabulary page on synonyms and antonyms completed for Monday. We discussed our Independent reading program (IRP) today and students now know what to do after they have read a book. Please ask them to see the handout outlining the criteria. The first IRP response is due Thursday, Sept.29.

Math--Worksheet 3.1--questions 1 to 5, #6,7,8 A AND B, AND #9 FOR Monday. Many students completed this in class.

I have reminded the students to remember to hand in their registration forms, $5 paper fee, immunization forms, and to bring in their kleenex boxes.
